GG7773 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
GG7773 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit supporting documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
GG7773 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. GG7773 reserves the right to change odds and prices at any time prior to bet confirmation. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by technical malfunction — GG7773 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. GG7773's decision in such matters is final.

GG7773 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, markets, or events. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be displayed in the relevant betting market. GG7773 shall not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GG7773 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where changes are material, GG7773 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the GG7773 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
